who are ready to walk into the desert and finally exhale.
You're not here because you've given up on yourself.
You're here because you've been showing up for everyone else so hard, for so long, that you've lost the thread back to you.

You're the woman who shows up. For your workouts, your family, your work, your people — every single day.
You're strong. And you're exhausted in a way that a good night's sleep doesn't fix.
You've built a whole life of doing. This is four days of being.
Not a vacation. A reset. A real one. In the desert. With women who are built just like you.
You can't remember the last time you did something just for you. Not for your kids, your partner, your job.
Just. You.
It's not a spa weekend.
It's not a race either.
It's four days in the Sonoran Desert with a small group of women who move, who push, who get it, and who are quietly ready to stop white-knuckling their way through life.
You'll move. You'll breathe. You'll laugh harder than you have in months. You'll sit in stillness that actually feels good instead of guilty.
You'll eat real food that fuels you. Not a diet plan, not restriction, just nourishing meals that remind your body what it's like to be taken care of.
No alcohol. No cannabis. No numbing out in any form. Just clear heads, real nourishing food, and the kind of clarity that only shows up when you stop drowning out the signal.
And on the last day when you drive away, you won't just feel rested. You'll feel like YOU again. Maybe a version of yourself you forgot was still in there.

There's a reason women have been walking into the desert for thousands of years to find themselves.
The scale of it silences the noise in your head. The air sits differently on your skin. The saguaro cactus have stood here for centuries, rooted, unbothered, completely unbothered by whatever is on your to-do list.
There's a lesson in that.
The mountains don't ask anything of you. The desert doesn't give a fuck what's on your to-do list. Nature has a way of pulling you back into your body faster than anything else and this landscape does it with a particular kind of power. Wide open sky. Saguaro silhouettes at golden hour. Morning stillness that feels like it was made for you to breathe in.
This is the backdrop for your weekend. Not a conference room. Not a hotel ballroom. The actual desert with a mountain standing solid in your view. You'll wake up to it every morning. You'll watch the light change on it throughout the day. By the time you leave, it'll feel like it was always yours.
Phoenix Sky Harbor is 30 minutes away. Easy in, easy out.
For local Phoenix women: yes, this is in your backyard. Come for the full immersion anyway. The magic lives in the in-between. The late-night conversations with women who get it, waking up in the stillness, morning coffee before the world gets loud. You deserve more than a commute home.

Move. Breathe.
Feel Something.

5 to 7 miles through stunning Arizona terrain right at our doorstep. Shorter options always available. This weekend meets every woman where she is.

Yoga here isn't a fitness class. It's a conversation between you and your body. Whether your mat is worn in or collecting dust, you belong in this space.

Group workouts that'll make you want to high-five the woman next to you. The kind where you surprise yourself and laugh while doing it. Real bodies. No performance required.

Desert air. Your breath. Your feet on the ground. Sunrise yoga as the desert mountains wake up. Stillness with coffee, tea, and a mountain view. Every single day starts here.

Journaling that doesn't feel forced. Real conversations with women who get it. A sound bath and energy healing session that does something to your nervous system you'll struggle to explain, but won't stop talking about.

Optional 1:1 self-care sessions available to add on because some things need tending to that a group setting can't reach. More details coming soon.
I've spent decades helping women (and men) perform at their best, and reconnect with themselves when life pulls them in every direction but inward.
I'm a performance and transformation coach, yoga teacher, and sound and energy healer. I don't just teach one piece of the puzzle. I work with the whole woman.
Mind, body, and everything in between.
I understand how the world is built to pull your attention in every direction but inward. And I know what it costs you when it works.
I'm here to help you put it all down.
That's one thing that brought me here. To this work. To you.
The Wild Exhale is where all of that comes together. Four days and three nights to step out of the noise, back into your body, and remember what it feels like to be fully, unapologetically alive.
I'll see you in the desert.

This weekend isn't a luxury. It's what happens when a woman finally decides that she matters enough to show up for herself the way she shows up for everyone else.
The desert will be there. The mountains will be there. The women will be there.
The only question is whether you will be.
The details are coming together and spots will be limited. Tentatively planned for Spring 2027.
Spots are limited. Waitlist members get first access before doors open to the public.
If you've read this far and something in you said yes, trust that.
Add your name below. No commitment, no pressure. Just your spot at the front of the line when doors open.
